The Argyles are raising beef, chicken, and pork and building soil using regenerative practices at Harmony Ranch, a pristine piece of land in Liberty, UT, not far from their original 2.5-acre farm. We look forward to setting the table in this rural, scenic area nestled in the Wasatch Mountains.

About the event
Dinner – Farm Tour and Live Auction
To create a more intimate experience, we limit seating to 40 guests. Every farm and ranch we select is real, working, and producing for profit. Guests will enjoy live music, passed appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages, and the option to bring their own wine (corkage fee). Each location is unique, and owners provide a personal tour before everyone gathers at a long, beautifully set table in a thoughtfully chosen spot on the farm.
Chef Shon and local guest chefs will cook with open fire in his outdoor kitchen. The menu is inspired by what’s in season and is sourced directly from the host ranch or farm, as well as local farms and ranches—mileage noted. Dinner is a multi-course, family-style experience.
