The Gather Series


 Fundraiser for Red Acre Center

In 2019, Red Acre Center set out to do an annual fundraiser called Gather. As we all know, the world changed, and we didn’t do it again - but Chef Shon is bringing it back.


We don’t know how Gather will look every year, but we’re going to continue together to gather, serve great food, and raise money for the work that Red Acre Center does. 

This year, Chef Shon of Sego, Wood Ash Rye, and Anthera will be at the helm with local chefs: Chef Briar Handly from Handle and HSL, Adam Cold from Roux, Max Nelson from Central 9th, Matt from The Pizza Yard and Punk Rock Farmer Al working together each night using what we source from local farms and ranches to create a multicourse dinner on farm experience. 

What you need to know!

-One week

- Three dinners

-Three different farms to choose from

-intimate gatherings limited to 40 guests per dinner

-kick off in Summit County on Monday, June 24 at 3 Springs Land and Livestock, a regenerative ranch, rotationally grazing beef and chicken in Kamas. 

-Then, on Tuesday, June 25, we will head to West Jordan to Utah Natural Milk and Meat

The last dairy left is in Salt Lake County.

-The final dinner will be Thursday, June 27, at Frog Bench, an urban vegetable farm in Salt Lake City.
